World Coconut Day 2020
World Coconut Day is celebrated on 2nd September every year to raise awareness around the world about the value of coconut. Each year the Asian and Pacific Coconut Community (APCC) and its member states celebrate World Coconut Day.
It could not prohibit estimating the production of coconut to the modern turn of events of a country. The development of nation coconut not only requires the open help of the government, but international issues and accomplices around the world are in desperate need of core interest.
History of World Coconut Day
The first-ever celebration of world coconut day was in the year 2009. It’s an annual event to celebrate the day with great enthusiasm by the APCC or the Asian and Pacific Coconut Community.
Asian and Pacific Coconut Group serving headquarters is now in Jakarta, Indonesia. 2018 theme was “Coconut for Wellness” The celebrations took place at Kalinga Industrial Technology College, Odisha, India. The event was attended by numurous farmers, coconut growers, commercial coconut processing issues, and entrepreneurs.
